Remember When I Said I'd Get My Second 100,000 Hits in 1/3 of the Time? WELL GUESS WHAT.

I DID. Technically, you could say I got my second 100,000 hits a few weeks ago, because when I made my last post about getting 100,000 hits, it was in the faraway land of Euphoric Field, and when I switched everything over to Fuzakenna! my hit counter was reset. There were about 10,000 hits left in the fjord so I was going to do this post when I hit 90,000 here, but I was lazy, and now with the big day I just had (complete surprise!) I have just crossed the 100,000 hit mark on Fuzakenna!

Usagijen Gives Me Food For Blogging Thought, And So, Caution Be Damned!

Usagijen has just made me see something. Her post is long and beautiful and moved me near to tears as I saw something I almost never get to see: a reflection of myself. I think that when a person wants to change their appearance, they first need to look in the mirror. I have often wondered if my beard was okay, if I was too fat, if my hair was funky… but then I see myself in the mirror and, more often than not, I’m pretty happy with the way I look. Usagijen has provided me a thought mirror, and it’s reflective of my thoughts on the grand sport of anime blogging.

Naze?! Nani?! Fuzakenna! (The Lowdown on the Site)

Normally, I don’t like to have “this is what is up with my blog” posts (yet they keep happening) because I am fundamentally hopeless when it comes to following plans, however there is SO much stuff going on here on Fuzakenna that I feel it’s necessary for my sake as well as the reader’s to sort out just what the hell is going on here.

My Favorite Anime Blogs - I Really Haven't Made This Post Already

Meta-masturbation time. Epic Win anime blog recently did a list of his top 20 favorite anime blogs with fanboying descriptions of why he liked them. This post was made of win for promoting the likes of The Animanachronism (who will notably be absent from my list because he barely posts anymore), We Remember Love, and newcomer 2-d Teleidescope. I will be stealing Epic Win’s ‘holy trinity’ idea. There was also a movement some time ago to promote less heard-of blogs (Memories of Eternity most notably mentioned my blog back when it was called ‘Euphoric Field.’) I have had blogrolls and annotated blogrolls, but never a flat out ‘this is my top 20 anime blogs’ post, so I wanted to do one. Because I need a hit after a long day of script-writing.

My (Questionably) Legal Drug – Anime Blogging

I have a potentially harmful addiction to anime blogging. High as it gets me, it seems to be metaphorically killing my brain cells, stunting my growth, and making me a failure at life, not unlike your garden-variety street drug would do.

To What Extent is Post Revision Plausible?

Or as I may see fit to phrase it – how much do your old posts matter? I have a lot of really shitty old posts, but I also have a couple of gems buried under the sand. Now, obviously I want to make it easier for someone to find these gems, while still diverting them from the posts that I am not proud of or do not consider representative of my opinion anymore. After all, reading my blog would not necessarily all be based on my output from the time that you become a reader onward – otherwise, I would have to keep restating old points for the sake of an ever-growing audience. Therefor, if you want to see what kind of interesting things I have once said, then you will have to venture into the archives.

God Dammit, I’m Another College Blogger Now!

ah, college

I’ve always felt a little bit of resentment towards college students, because they make up the largest percent of the people I interact with on the internet. As I stated quite infamously a year ago in my ‘Generation Gap‘ post, I’ve always felt odd about my age. I’m younger
